  It seems like XY-2 pro another versio, with Titan extruder and silent motherboard, just 50usd more than XY-2 PRO. Great job XY-2 pro I had,I am going to get another one.

  First it was nice to see a lot of the bits preassembled. The printer went together very quickly, a couple hours ( I have built these before ). The only assembly issue I had were the vertical linear rails and how they mount. The instruction say to place a spacer ( washer ) on the top of the rail, problem is it doesn't fit. After looking a bit, I realized the rail is supposed to slide into the hole in the Z-Axis stepper motor mount. Problem is the paint in the hole keeps that from working. I cleaned out the hole, now the bottom screw will pull the rod down so I could fit the washer, then, I loosened the screw on the bottom so I could tighten the top ( let the rail slide back up ), finish off by snugging down the bottom screw. Do not over tighten this because you will pull the rail down, bowing it. This will be apparent when you do the auto bed leveling. That was long winded for the only assembly issue I had, hope it helps others. operationally the printer works very well. I wish it had open firmware but whats there is not terrible. It can be changed but will take some work. From a stock perspective, it all works fine. I printed the sample cube/cylinder demo and saw no bad behavior in the print. I did not use the included slicers, I use Simplify3D and it worked with no issues. So ends up I will give this one to my grandkids and build the pro version to keep for myself.

  Things to keep in mind, if you have never built a printer before, this kit is probably not for you. I got the kit last Monday and it was packaged really well and neatly amongst styrofoam sheets. There is an instructions manual, and its pretty decent quality. It goes through your parts list, how to get started, along with color coding what is being used on the current step. It can get a bit busy as you're progressing through, so I would also recommend going to YT and watching the video TRONXY has on this printer. A couple things come preassembled like the motors, the hot end, rollers, and control box for the X-Axis, Extruder, and Filament sensor. Power supply and control board are preassembled as well, so the electronics are essentially plug n play. One of my idlers for the gantry came chipped (see 3rd picture) and I was able to reach out to TRONXY's support and they are sending me a new idler. However, this is not the only OC issue I've run into. The timing belts were twisted and would not tighten, so I did have to replace them. So far the movement on the X and Y axis has been pretty stable, with a few hiccups here and there. Z-Axis has been a hassle, while both motors are running at the same time and thankfully at the same rate. When trying to home however, the Z axis keeps moving up and thus colliding with the hotend assembly, making a god awful sound and time for everyone involved. That said, this is likely more like Operator error than it is anything on the printer's part as this is my first CoreXY style printer build. Update 11/13 —This was entirely operator error. I did not loosen the x carriage, which caused the belts to loosen which in turn caused the printer to be unable to accurately place the x assembly where it needed to be to move. Once it was properly adjusted, I was able to print the calibration model that came on the sd card and while I did have a couple of bottom layer issues, the rest of the model printer fine. I would definitely recommend this printer to other intermediate hobbyists, but not to beginners. I've had several 3d printers now and feel comfortable enough to be able to build one of these and get it up and running in no time, even if I have to trouble shoot for a while. That said, the instructions manual does come with some basic trouble shooting help. If that doesn't solve your issue, you could always reach out to TRONXY's support team who are super friendly and will respond within 24 hrs, not including when they have holidays.

  I love this printed. I am a first time 3d printer person and with a little research I have managed to get some surprisingly good quality prints out of this printer. Further I plan on getting a glass plate which I found was highly recommended for 3d printers in general and I think it will also help with the quality. Amazing printer for the price.

  Amazing price for a Large core XY printer! Setup is straightforward if you’ve built an ender 3 or similar printer. The updated 24v printer addresses almost every complaint the 12v x5sa has, they really listened to their reviews. TONS of extra hardware, but still missing the wrench for M3 nuts ABL is working great so far with Z offset adjusted You may need to team/drill 8mm holes for paint leftover on the z rods , upgrade to metal z rod bearing over plastic would be nice Precision hex drivers are a lifesaver with this many screws for assembly Silicone extrusion covers are excellent for cable management, cut off 1 inch strips and put over cables in the aluminum extrusion slots

  梱包もしっかりとした梱包がなされていて、 配送時のことまでよく考えていると思いました。 付属品も豊富で、本当にこの値段でいいのかと目を疑い驚きました。 （予備のヘッドも入っていて先のことまで考えていると感じました） 組み立てもとても簡単で、ちゃんと説明書だけでなく動画も用意しているので とても楽に作れました。 付属のデータサンプルを最初にテスト印刷しましたが とても仕上がりが綺麗で、螺旋階段までサポート無しで作れるほど制度は良かったです。 温度の上限も幅広いので、 この価格帯では不可能なフィラメントや、高温の必須のフィラメントも対応できます。 （注意：ポリカーボネードなどを使う場合は台にくっつきすぎて剥がれない事があるのでスティックのりの厚塗をする等、工夫が必要です。） ただ日本語の説明書などはないので注意してください。 あと説明書の内容的には ・組み立て ・本体設定 ・スライサーソフトの基本設定 ・トラブルシューティング となっております。 スライサーソフトの印刷設定や使い方マニュアル、初心者ガイドなどはありませんので、 すでに３Dプリンターを触ったことがあり、専門用語に少し知識がある人や、 知り合いにある程度の知識がある人、根気よく用語や使い方を調べることができる人でないと 難しいのではないかと思います。 スライサーソフトも付属のものは日本語に対応していないので すべて英語で記載されています。 正常に３Dプリンターが動作して、使いこなせる知識があれば、 最高のコストパフォーマンスになると思いますが 初心者で、３Dプリンターを触ったことがなく、教えてくれるような知り合いがいない方にとっては 厳しいものではないかと思います。 2019.12.21追記 私にきたものでは確認できませんでしたが友人が買ったところ、 以下の不具合（不良品）があったことを報告いたします。 ・Z軸の接近センサーがプリント開始時に動作せずそのままヘッドごとヒートベッドに衝突 ・衝突後に動作しようとしたためヒートベッドが破損 （上記２点は正常に設定を行った上でランダムで発生しました） ・Z軸センサーの固定ネジ山が潰れている状態で固定されていてセンサーも固定が不十分な状態でした。 上記の現象により返品して再度購入するも ・水平出し設定で水平出しを誤差0.2以下にするも左右で印刷の高さがブレる 等の現象が発生しているため、 あたりはずれが激しい製品なのかもしれません。

  My first printer was an Anet A8 it took 5 hours to build. this Tronxy x5sa only took 2. it was easier to understand the instructions, quicker to build because it is partially assembled. after the bed leveling and setting the Z offset and adjusting the auto bed sensor it has been printing great with no issues. I changed the print surface to PEI because it was a bit difficult to remove prints off the stock print surface. I plan to change out the fan on the cpu because it is crazy loud. so far this is by far my favorite printer beating out my ender 3 for ease of use, especially bed leveling and print volume. I look forward to a very large print now that I've got it dialed in. as with any printer bed leveling and z offset is one of the most important parts of initial set up so take your time and be sure to do it right. I missed saving the z offset by touching the set z as 0 button and it dug into the bed surface so be careful to save the z offset.

  The assemble time for me was about 8 hour it comes with decent instructions with picture but they also have a great YouTube video that I used to assemble the printer. I also like the removable metal print bed so far after 3 prints I have not need any glue or hair spray. With the bed only moving in z I'm able to get quality prints running at 60mm/s. The one down side I didn't expect was that you have to set the z offset every time you shut the printer off other than that it's as good as I expected. And the service provided by tronxy is excellent they are. Willing to help with any problems you have after purchase.

  This printer is not for beginners. Baught this for my mother as she was so interested in the projects I've been doing with my hoard of printers. This kit required lots of adjusting and came with very little literature. Not a whole bunch online about this specific model. I had to open the access to the board and adjust the potentiometer for extruder motor voltage adjustment as it was set super low. This is by far more then a normal person could troubleshoot. More ease of use needs to come out of the factory before this can be considered consumer friendly. All in all after hours of tinkering and researching what I could I was able to get it working and my mother is able to print things on her own with it.

  This Silver silk filament was quite easy to print on my Ender 3 Pro. Didn’t have any adhesion or stringing issues. It has a very bright metallic shine to it, very light silver as oppose to darker silver on other silk filaments. Looks great, highly recommended.

  3Dプリンターの師匠と思っている方が購入されていたのでマネして購入してみました！ 注文の翌日に届きました。 プリンターは2台目で、組み立て品は初めてなのですが、休み休み5時間程で組み立て、動作確認まで出来ました。 取説は英語のみでしたが、絵が沢山で、ポイントも分かりやすく悩むことはありませんでした。 組み立て用のネジ類はかなり余計に入っていて安心できました。 少し高かったですが、10%値引きで、この造形の大きさ、z軸センサー、カラーのタッチ液晶、停電復帰などの機能を考えるとむしろ安いのかも知れません。

  Awesome printer, although many of the components need to be assembled by myself, but with the installed video, my son and I assembled the video step by step, and our heart is full of accomplishments. After assembling, I tried to first printing and I printed a little dog with TPU filament. Very soft and my son love it.

  Eigentlich habe ich schon einen ganz ähnlichen Drucker (Folgertech FT-5) zu Hause, den ich wegen diverser Probleme umbauen wollte. Dann habe ich diesen Tronxy X5SA Pro gesehen, der die geplanten Änderungen am FT5 praktisch schon alle integriert hat --- und noch mehr. Das alles für den halben Preis (ich habe 365€ bezahlt) eines FT5. Da konnte ich nicht widerstehen.Besonders wichtig waren mir:- CoreXY-System (Druckkopf bewegt sich in der XY-Ebene, Druckobjekt in der Z-Achse)- Bowdensystem- Präzise UND stabile Linearführungen- Verbessertes Bed-Levelling bzw. Auto-Levelling- Ergonomischere Bedienung durch geneigtes(!) Touch-Display- 24V System- Wiederanlauf nach Stromunterbrechung- Filament-Aus-ErkennungDer Tronxy kommt als Bausatz daher, d.h. es ist zwar schon vieles vormontiert, aber im wesentlichen muss er noch zusammengebaut werden. Dafür sollte man mindestens 5-6 Stunden ansetzen, Geübte bauen ihn evtl. schneller zusammen. Der Schwierigkeitsgrad hinsichtlich der mechanischen und elektrischen Arbeiten ist eher gering (weil eben schon vieles vorbereitet ist), die englische Bauanleitung ist ausreichend brauchbar, erinnert ein wenig an Ikea-Anleitungen, einige Schritte (z.B. die Justierung des Nivellierungssensors) fehlen schlicht. Das benötigte Werkzeug (Schraubendreher, Imbusschlüssel) sind dabei, ausserdem habe ich noch einen Meterstab, Messwinkel und Pinzette gebraucht. Auch wenn der Zusammenbau an sich nicht schwer ist, so würde ich den Drucker einem absoluten Einsteiger in Sachen 3D-Druck nicht empfehlen. Mit einer ausführlicheren und besseren Aufbausanleitung sähe es anders aus.Die Bauteile des Druckers machen auf mich einen hervorragenden Eindruck. Die stärker belasteten Teile sind praktisch alle aus Metall. Der Drucker trägt sogar das CE-Zeichen und scheint auch danach gebaut zu sein. Steuerungsplatine und Netzteil sind durch Metallgehäuse gekapselt, und man braucht da während des Baus und später im Betrieb normalerweise auch nicht dran. Es braucht an der Steuerungsplatine nichts mehr eingestellt oder geschraubt werden, die Kabelverbindungen werden außerhalb des Gehäuses zusammengesteckt. Eine Schutzerdung ist auch vorhanden.Sehr gut gefällt mir auch der kompakte und gekapselte Druckkopf, wo keine Drähte umherhängen und der kompakte, induktive Nivellierungssensor relativ nahe an der Druckdüse platziert ist. Auch der geringe Abstand zur Führungsschiene ist gut. Die Verkabelung von Heizbett und Druckkopf erfolgt mit Kabelketten, das sieht auf jeden Fall gut aus, ob es auf Dauer hält (Kabelbrüche), wird man sehen.Die Inbetriebnahme gestaltet sich unkompliziert. Die einmalige Justierung des Nivellierungssensor wird in der Bauanleitung nicht erwähnt, sollte aber unbedingt durchgeführt werden, weil der Drucker keinen weiteren z-Endstop hat. Wenn der Nivellierungssensor falsch montiert ist (so wie bei mir), dann rammt beim ersten Levelling die Druckplatte die Druckdüse (so wie bei mir). Der Controller bietet ein manuelles Levelling für die Grobeinstellung und ein automatisches Levelling zur automatischen Feinjustierung in 16 Punkten der Druckplatte an. Anschließend wird manuell der z-Offset eingestellt. In Zusammenhang mit der abnehmbaren, leicht rauen Druckplatte sollten damit von Anfang an perfekte Drucke gelingen. So war es dann auch. Das Problem der mitgelieferten Druckplatte wird eher sein, dass Drucke mit großer Grundfläche zu fest haften.Auch der Controller mit dem farbigen Touchdisplay gefällt mir sehr gut. Die Steuerungssoftware ist anscheinend proprietär (Shenzen CBD Technology), also nicht die bekannte Marlin-SW. Sie hat weniger Funktionen als Marlin, aber der Funktionsumfang reicht völlig aus. Es kann von einer Micro-SD-Card (SD-Card und Reader wird mitgeliefert) gedruckt werden oder via USB-Kabel direkt mit dem Programm Cura vom PC aus. Der Controller versteht natürlich auch die von Cura erzeugten Druckfiles im Marlin Gcode Stil. Es gibt derzeit in Cura kein Tronxy X5SA Profil. Ich habe stattdessen ein Creality CR10S Profil genommen und angepasst. Wer die Profilanpassung in Cura scheut: Tronxy liefert auch e
